Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number.
To start a return, you can contact us by filling out a contact form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label that must be paid for by the customer, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us using the contact form immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such the rock sugar). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Please fill out a contact form if you wish to exchange any unopened item(s) with in 30 days of receiving of it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Amelya Wynter-Notoma
Amelya Wynter-Notoma is of Nigerian-Jamaican descent and is a recent college graduate from Northeastern University with a B.S. in International Business: Marketing and a minor in French. She’s traveled to over 10 countries!
Jasmine Wynter
Jasmine Wynter is a Jamaican-American with an Associate’s degree in Bioscience and a B.S. in Business Management. She is family-oriented and ambitious with a strong passion for tea and traveling, thus driving her to start a family-owned company!
Working Together
As cousins, Amelya and Jasmine sought to create a company in the tea space that represented their shared values and love for tea and protecting the environment. Their goal is to share the sense of serenity that comes with a good cup of tea 🍵
