Q#1: Can I change my order?

Answer: We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button.

Answer: After your payment is verified, it takes up to 5-7 business days to process and ship your order. Larger orders shipping times may vary.

Q#3: I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

Answer: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Q#4: How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?

Answer: Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time.

Answer: No, currently we ship in the U.S. only
